A Mild Event Collection

A man thought it would be nice to visit his dying neighbor one day. At the door,                   she said hi,                   which was die,                   which offended him. He was then invited inside where he was offered a seat.At the couch,                   he said die,                   which was fine,                   which amused her. She said she just finished a book about trout fishing. He said he'd been searching for it too. At the table,                   she said die,                   which was why,                   which confused him. She talked to him as a lover the whole time he was there. And when the time had come, a friend he had finally found. At the door,                   he said bye,                   which was die,                   which she did.
