Stepping outside my skin, I see a child. Scared and full of fear. The silence the only thing That seems to tame the anger inside. The music, easing the hurt. The noise, dulling the pain So it is forgotten. © on Dec 05 2001 06:52 AM PST   18 • 0 • 10
