A Step Back

By Angelboi01

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I feel I need to step back from you. I have gotten way too attatched for my own good. I hadn't realized it until you mentioned it to me. How could i expect you to change over nite. I know it is harder to be yourself in a world full of ignorante people. I fell as if I have been pushing you to an answer. You don't owe me one. I refuse to walk away from you. However, I think it is time I take a step back.I wrote this poem a month or so back. If it is about you you would know. Written March 25th, 2002 © on Mar 24 2002 05:01 PM PST   18 • 0 • 8
