Who you are.

I’m looking forward to the time When I don’t have to deal with you any longer. A sense of peace I wish to find. Your spell, I will not stay under. Because you have to learn What is truly important to you. You must cut ties and bridges, you must burn. And to yourself you must be true. I know you do not take my words For more then simple speech. If you wish to be free as birds, Inside yourself you must reach. Everyone has their own identity. None of us are the same. For each of us, we find our own serenity. The fire within us we must tame. Yet, at the same time, we can not forget. Who we are in our deepest desires. And to life live without remorse and regret. And give flame to our fires. We must find the balance. Within our souls. And find our own sense Of who we are, let everyone be told That we can not let things come to pass. For we must create our own fate. Although it may seem to be a difficult task, The price is worth paying, this, to you, I state. For nothing I say is without thought, Every word means more then what you see. Within myself, these words, I have sought Out for, and each word, reveals me. In my deepest thoughts and in my simple ones as well. That we must find out who we are. To you, this I tell. Other peoples actions and words we can not allow to scar. Our beauty that we hold away from the sight of others. We must proclaim our essence. We can not hide beneath the covers.
