You always wandered
By atia
You always wandered In the opposite direction. I could not dare to follow so far. And as I looked up at the sky, Dreaming as it sparkled down, You would wish upon a scar. I picked up pieces of my soul, gathered now, gently.. Awaiting the next fatal wind To blow my world away. And you would tear yourself to bits. I prayed and you cursed. I smiled and you gave your contemptuous glance. Who's hiding here? Which one of us is dazed? It doesn't take a lot to see, That both our eyes are glazed. You've spent half your life, Thinking of ways to cross that line. Of all the lives you walked into, Why couldn't you walk into mine?
