Aqua Regia

By Autumn Rain

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

It falls not as a joyous rain Though not that of evil and dark It simply falls to wash away The blackness from the world It falls to purge the land of evil So it must melt you into nothing As though aqua regia falling on your headAqua regia is latin for water of the king's. It was the only acid to be able to disolve pure gold. It is very powerful. Written March 16th, 2002 © on Mar 15 2002 04:01 PM PST   10 • 0
