I sit here all alone tonight Sitting here under the moonlight Gazing at the stars above Thinking of the one I love A shooting star passes by Its magnificent glow lights up the sky I wish I may, I wish I might God please grant my wish tonight I wish that just for a day I could have things my way That Katie could be just mine Just for a small amount of time I don't think its too much to ask I just want a small kiss that will last Just a kiss oh so tender Just a moment to remember If I could have her just for a day Then I would sweep her away To a land filled with passion In a very loving fashion Our two souls become one Just before the day is done I wish I may, I wish I might God please grant my wish tonightThis is dedicated to Katie, my bestfriend's girl. That's why I can't have her. But she likes me and I like her so... I dunno. If you have any suggests before I read it to her let me know.
