The dance
By BetsyLu62
I caught his eye and he reciprocated in-kind. I could tell this man was a truly special find. Good looking to a fault; but you can't blame him for that. And just being so close made me squirm where I sat. When he asked me to dance, I about fell on the floor. While part of me wanted to make a bolt for the door. We danced once or twice; and let's just say, "he moved well." I longed for a slow song but it would be to no avail. Next thing I know, he was gone out the door! Leaving me with thoughts of the man on the dance floor. Written April 10th, 2002 © on Apr 09 2002 07:06 PM PST 0 • 1
