'Perfectly Pink.'
By blackheart
Dazzling dainty all covered in skin, (perfectly pink) Dancing delightful ‘round and again, (girly grin) Wonderful woman impossibly sweet, (carefully creep) Wandering wistful finding the trail, (hankering hail) Might she be golden, hair like the sun? Raining without wet, Yet... Could she be disguising mistakes all left behind? Thrust into fret, i bet. Bouncing blindly all happy outside, (preoccupied pride) Brilliantly bated for life far away, (tomorrow, today) Recklessly reaching impossible heights, (faltering fight) Regurgitating remedies so unobtainable, (tremendously tearful) Might she be broken, mind like the moon? Battered without bat, Perhaps... Could she be aiming for that which isn’t there? Laying down flat, i believe that. So come now, find a hand, And spare it for a soul so lost, Perfectly pink you’ll fit, As you aid her pain to stop. Bring her back to life, Make sure she finds her path, Girly grin she’ll walk again, At last. Written January 29th, 2002 © on Jan 28 2002 09:53 PM PST, harry luck 0 • 9
