'Sad, stupid head.'
By blackheart
Walk upon my grave. And yes-es-es... i’ll shiver. Walk upon my head. And yes-es-es... i’ll scream. But get me in the jammy scrum indeed, And i’ll beat the entire marmalade team. For they’ll slop and they’ll slope their rind to get me, To try and make me stop... Perhaps not? Oh yes... i almost forgot… As i walked a walk on Sundays eve, A gentle man did pass me by. He was dressed in pink tissue paper, So i stopped. i had to ask why! He stood and he stared, then laughed in my face, Then he ran and he called me a mad man. i pondered a moment, then stepped in the sea, For my feet were too hot on the sand. Then suddenly a mermaid i did see, "Sleep… do you sleep?", she said to me. It made no sense, i had to leave, My feet were wet. i had salt on my sleeves. i sneezed. Can you believe that... i sneezed! Brrr, you walked upon my grave, Ouch, you stepped upon my head. "What on earth is your problem?", the gentleman said, For that gentleman was now in my bed. "GET OUT, GET OUT!", i had to shout, He laughed again and left... MAD, no doubt. The rind attacked, i missed the pass, Now standing beside my bed... The marmalade cried, as in came the tide, i’m sorry i’m such a sad, stupid head. Written January 21st, 2002 © on Jan 20 2002 10:45 PM PST, harry luck 0 • 10
