That I would have to be the one to say good-bye, If anything I thought you would be the one to leave me, But I now realize that I have to leave, Because frankly, You hurt me to damn much, I thought I could love you despite all the mind games, Through all the pushing away, , I thought that I could love just you I even promised you that I would stay with you no matter what, I just wanted my love to heal you, Not change you, But you never gave me a chance, You didn’t even try to meet me half way, I was the always the one loving, And always the one getting hurt But you know what I can at least say that I tried, But like everyone else, I have to give up on you, I just have to say good-bye, Because frankly, Being with you, Hurts me too damn much.
