You know I love you?

By Butterfly

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Do you know that I love you? That I have cried tears of pain when you are hurt, We've been together through good times and bad, And through it all I've loved you. It goes beyond puppy love, or lust, It surpasses all known types. When I see you, my face lights up Can you tell? Do you know how my heart leaps for joy when you talk to me? Touch me? DO you know how much it hurts me when you ignore me? Or leave me without warning? I know she's your girl, I wouldn't change that, BUt your my best friend. . . And I love you for that. Do you know all these things, DO you know my true heart? How could you know? HOw could you possible have a clue? I am afriad to say it, afriad of losing you.
