I built a wall around my heart with a door locked tight, no one could come in. I built a wall around my heart,and wouldn't let love begin. I have been hurt times before, had my heart broken, sad but true,love can hurt, the reason for my wall and i left things unspoken. I built a wall around my heart but someone came knocking. Should I let him in? Give love another chance? that door , I thought about unlocking. It wouldn't be easy , a broken heart is hard to mend. Lets take our time, it will be worth it in the end. I built a wall around my heart, but let someone in. this hero of mine helped me move on, with time i let love begin. When bad things happen, through them we can learn lessons. I learned to trust not my head but my heart, it always leads you in the right direction. I built a wall around my heart but, your love made it fall.
