The Guys
By caf
Late nights at the coffee shop, i spent with all the guys. talking about what movie to watch before we go home and close our eyes. They know that when that happens and they're off to sleep for the night I'll be there, watching over them where it's dark i'll be their light When they wake up sunday, in the morning i'll be there Maybe not at my best, with tired eyes and messy hair They know I'll be there for breakfast, and i'll help them make their lunch Supper time any time, i'll be there when they're in a crunch. No matter what they say to me or a moment with some hardship i'll be there when they need me most it goes way beyond just friendship. I won't be there as much now, not like before That's a different chapter now but i'll never close the door I hope they know even though i've said many times to them what i think of, Those guys are everything to me, And i hope they feel my love.I wrote this about the guys i work with... they were a pretty important bunch of men in my life... i was there to show them how to do things and teach them, but they have taught me more than i thought i could ever learn.
