the institution of ed ucation is a rusty st eam roller with no br akes slowly paving th e road to tomorrow in a tunnel barely wide enough for its passag e the children proced e it skipping merrily while the pta mothers sing their marching s ongs once in awhile s ome grey little kid w ith no bacon and eggs in his tummy passes o ut another burning wi th the fever of the w orking mother trips o n the stone of where' s daddy mommy and chu g chug chug goes the wonderful institutio n over the round lit tle misfits it is al right you see they e merge later as flat as paper dolls and t he impartial whatsit tome wind of destiny lifts them up and bl ows them into the bo om boom boom of the mills. . .
