True Love
By Cebeara03
He sits entranced As the hallowed shadow of a nearby flame Lights the deepest corners of his eyes And catches their innner beauty He notcies her beautiful features As she lay beside him Sleeping soundlessly in the dim light With a ravishing smile Placed lightly upon her lips At this moment He knows no one in the world Has had the chance To see what his eyes are gazing upon For he has never known anything to be more gorgeous He lays down beside her and holds her tight in his arms As his mind retraces all the memories they have made One day after another He can't help but think of himself As the luckiest man alive Because he has the most wonderful girl in his arms And to know that she loves him Is nothing like he ever dreamed Then he lays his head upon his pillow He stares up at the ceiling and whispers "so this is what true love is..."
