NINELEVEN -ClarityAverage normality.Reduced by calamity to surrealness, the reallness of life, and trife cycles of daily events, cyclical sequence, routine task, omnipotence. All insignificant by a powerful blast.Cast a shadow of shallowness, hollowness, cursed with malice, paralysis, and how is this, that the words I wrote, are evoked by cloaks of darkness, black masks of evil, a cloud of confusion, and sins of the people,a fog of deceit, laced with thoughts of no equal, powered by hatred, and contempt for my people?Innocence gone! Ignorance spawn!Something went wrong as the world looked on,and soon felt the perils of society scorn. They planned for long, picked their spots wisely, nicely, and soon turned frightening, cause with our guard down, it was pulled of precisely. And what was the payoff?Time was priceless, immediate chaos, world wide crisis, million dollar presidents, running for their lives. We had to go back, and act how primitive man think, tap into the knack of survival by instinct. In the blink of an eye, we watched the world go by,A sight in the sky had brought tears to our eyes, with no shelter to find, a violent ride left our silent minds wondering why.In a heartbeat. The world was changed, lives rearranged, some lost in vain, others never the same, the whole world felt pain, as our map was changed, in the name of some faceless coward.Devoured in the sense, that he had been godblessed. Many have died, and others physical pain, still all the rest, remain scared in the brain.A terrorist rain, blamed on the base of disgrace, laced with the face of religion, promised a virgin.Splurgin' our thoughts, and identities forgin'.Made a date with fate, awaited word from the great righteous, and proceeded to eat, drink, and masturbate like us,then learned how to bite us.Coming to power in the final hour, terror showered,as the demon devoured the tower of power, from out to inside, built with pride for all eyes to see, torn down swift, by a heartless atrocity. The blast came fast across opposite paths, reduced the stiff staff to a pile of ash.The Globe had a gash, wide open and smokin',brothers tears were shed, while mothers hearts lie broken.Too big to deny, lie, or try to hide, the softest of minds, filled with violence inside,we all put aside a moment of silence for those who had died and,in THAT VERY MOMENT, i heard the world cry.Their ultimate plan, was to tear us apart, never counted on our courage, never counted on our heart, through all their planning, precise and tedious, training of intricate features, and security breeches, they learned how we move, through the course of the night, they learned how we speak, and how we take flight, they learned how to wound us, with a single blind bite, they never learned about our pride, and how we unite. They thought we'd lose sight, look back, not care, cause we've been known to be cocky, and cast arrogant glares. So maybe we are blessed, with what that eludes you, diversity in mind, thought, and the school too.And you do these deeds, in the hopes we'll be seen, turnin' over cars, and pick pocket fiends?Well I've seen with my own eyes, the signs of unity, prejudice mutiny, forgettin' ethical scrutiny, diggin' down deep, 'cause the next man needs, seeing the same wound, from which we all bleed. I needto express my political mindset, never been one for that or this party, but respect is inside me, for Bush, Guilianni,The NYPD and Fireman Charlie. It's hard for me, to thank the blank and nameless faces of all those involved,so I'll just thank those cowards, who steeled our resolve. And ask you this question, this one is complex for me...How could a man so wise, suffer ethnocentricity? So now whats left for thee? What did you accomplish? You thought you were godblessed, with martyrs in cockpits, powered by delusions, did you really think you could stop us?You wanted to stop us.You tried to knock us down. You tried to take our defense, and pass sentence over our holiest town, and now with a proud frown, I stare down and witness your mess, with a sinister grin, and a star on my chest, yes,you should've thought twice, see, we were peacful at best, for from now until you burn there will never be rest.By fate you'll be found,up in a cloud, or soundly underground, and be brought down by sounds of souls that have drown in you search,or your quest for religion unfound. And as you lay down, we'll plant Glory in your chest, then all gather around, to witness your last breath,in YOUR land, united WE'LL stand, final visions, not religion, but proud Americans. And as your body stiffens, when inflicted with sickness,we'll all bear witness, as your forced to say;~~~~~~~~I've been brought to death by the best...~~~~~~~~god bless the USA... -clarity Written September 0th, 2001 © on Mar 08 2002 06:12 PM PST   10 • 0 • 9
