Stone The Crow
By CloudRaven
The road stretches in front the sun beats down and the crow laughs the corn fields surround me the sun burns my skin and the crow laughs, mocks me every step I take he follows hopping from fence post to fence post starring at me, laughing at me I ignore him and keep walking hoping for civilizations around the next bend but there he is again, laughing at me each step I take he mocks me my feet are so heavy as he gracefully fly around me head laughing at me, teasing me of my misery I ignore him as his laughing echoes in my head he sits on the post as if he is king of the world well your going down bird I scream as I chuck the stone at him, I miss and hit some corn he just laughs so more that's it, I can't take no more as I throw stone after stone at this devil of a crow I hit him and he is down for the count, teach him to laugh at me as I continue down this deserted road.....
