Sizar of the ‘Post’

By craig2

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Dubbed to be a student of peculiar and incredible potency but of meager and limited means your sizarship begins with being pecuniliarly renumerated from the ‘Post’s’ unlimited currency. It is explained that those of your particular station “Are getting ‘commons’ free also” but will be required to register in diary form for the ‘Post’ a log of such and your initiation. ‘Commons’ is not interpreted so you wait, as you await the rite, being no longer homeless you become easily adjusted to the darkness of the ‘Post’, the record becomes easier to write. Your ‘Post’ induction is announced to be the spectacle of the evening. You are undressed, shackled, rubbed with herbal oils and Cantharidin… the gathering crowd and sjambok leave your breasts and body gleaning. You become the pool of common joy, reduced to the most primal need which is now spiritual in essence, seemingly emerges from a common womb. You are promoted to voracious, sent to transcend and bleed.
