Revelation

What he did to me changed me forever My first love cheated on me Deminished my trust I never thought I'd trust again But someone has come along And he showed me, I was wrong The trust came to me It flowed through me like a river As natural as ever And with this new revelation I realize something else It is possible for me to love another.This is my first attempt at writing poetry, with the exception of those grade 10 english class poems, please tell me what you think, but don't be too harsh, lol.
