An Unknown Sister

By Cwm

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

An unknown sister, lies beneath my feet. I ponder and walk endlessly, over her grave site. Tears, soon flow, down my trembling cheeks. My hands, wrapped with a picture, of a fallen angel. Her picture too, is moist with my tears, but covered with my love. Many tall stories, i heard of her, stories of memories of her. Stories of her smile, her skin, her remarkable beauty. How i would have loved, my little sister. I would've protected her, guided her, from predators. I would've. Now,i'll just cast away, those thoughts. The thoughts of wishes. I'll never have, a sister, a friend, someone to love. Her flesh is dead. her soul, to the heavens. Her soul sheds tears, from the sky. Her tears are rain. On this night, at five mintutes, before twelve, once again, our hearts, reunite, hugging, each other, kissing anoter. This moment is precious, because this is the only way, i'll meet and feel, an unknown sister. I feel her at night, when cold, and when i stand, in the rain of her tears.
