Dream Catcher, Answer My Wishes!

By Cwm

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Dream catcher, answer my wishes! Where are my dreams, that I wished for? Where is the happiness, I need more and more. Dreams,I wished, that would erased this sadness, dreams,I wished, that would end this madness, wipe away these tears, fill my ravaged soul, with gladness! Whispers I hear, of the life of blss, as wishes become vague, and diminished, blown away, in the swirl, of the mist. Circumvented, by lack of faith, shackled into a lonely cell, trying to feel safe, past glory, past dreams, past wishes, will now erase! As sure as rain drips, dreams have been lost from my grips. As sure as the sun shines, through hope, faith, trust, my dreams will be mine! ~CWM Written March 14th, 2002 © on Mar 14 2002 07:46 AM PST   0 • 10
