Sympathy Of Lost Hopes

By Cwm

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

I cried along with them, as tears slid down, casading off each of our face's. Our failed attempt, to heal, a diseased filled society. We tried, we preached peace, we preached love, and compassion. Contradictory, filled some hearts, hearts with cruel intentions, trying to make mockery, of not their, properity. The force's of evil, and contradictory, destroys every walk, as we hold each other hands, the gate is open, but only few, have walked in. Shackled by our minds, fooled, tricked,by worldly hate, our demise, our existence, is destroyed by the hate, surrounding us. But the flag stands tall... high and proud, soaring above the rest. The flag is exposed, with gaping holes, it streams with rain, the flag weeps, with rain. The rain is the flags tears. We all embraced the flag crying out of anguish, and still looked for answers. ~CWMA group effort can only shed peace.Thecontradictory one's are the most evil out there... 02-22-02 Written March 27th, 2002 © on Mar 27 2002 01:18 PM PST   18 • 0 • 9
