A Shiver

By dathenwoods

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

So swiftly turning the dusk falls. Mindlessly wondering, and pondering away The sun vastly pouring into the night. A chill begins to hum. Echoing coldly, chanting fiercely through my veins. A blood stained and tainted wind crawls on my spine. An Erie silence creeps slowly to my door, Their drums beat louder now Crying, raging and pulsing in my mind I shiver in a trance of fear.Written July 17th, 2001 © on Oct 03 2001 07:34 AM PST   angst
