Passion
By Deaths Angel
I dreamt I met a lord in a wood one shaded day. He said, "your passion is a glutton, it devours what it may. As it consumes, it's hunger grows, for that is passions toll. I see it burns beneath your breast, it may soon devour your soul." Then the lord fell silent and held me in his eye. 'Twas if he even ceased to breathe till i gave him my reply. "My blood burns red with passion, my love a gouging knife. I bleed into a blackend book my passion and my life. For passion is a glutton, this fact I don't deny. Either passion will consume me, or I'll let my blood run dry." Written March 13th, 2002 © on Mar 30 2002 06:41 AM PST 10 • 0
