As morning came, Blue washed his face with dew, Stretched his lean fairy body, Along with his wings too. As Blue sat and ate, His breakfast of small berries, He decided to foraged through the glen, Gathering up more food he would eat it later. Funny, he thought, Even this far from home, Things still look the same, Why did he picture it different? He continued his flight, Now no longer a flight of fantasy, But of reality, Starting to realize the impact of his actions. As the day wore on Blue stopped to rest, He had seen so many beautiful sites on his way, But he had no one to share his thoughts with, Loneliness was putting Blue to the test. The fun of this adventure, Was starting to wear thin, Blue flew on hoping, That his forest was not the only place fairies dwelt. He had discovered dwarves and imps, Living in their own domiciles, Hollowed out hillside caves, Hundreds of years old trees abodes styled.
