Dreary
By DikeMent
It seems just like one of those days, It has to be one of those days. What I mean by one of those days Is a day where it just rains and rains and rains. It takes away my inner strength. Here I am without my umbrella, Without my windshield wipers, Caught in this uproar, This dangerous calamity of Mother Nature. I'm breeding my own disposition, And being bulleted by drops the size of golfballs. Hanging my head low, I try to stop this torment. It will not cease and I can't protect myself any longer. I'm looking at the blue sky, But through my vision all I see are gray clouds. I need my umbrella to protect me, I can't see without my windshield wipers, Someone give them back so I can live.
