Memories of Dust

Memories of Dust there are some things i feel are worth remembering but others i want more than anything else to finally forget but i've a hope way deep inside that someday things will change and that hope inside hasn't ever died and i don't think it will it's painful to know that nothing is forever but it helps to know that lovers together have a happiness unmatched by heaven's sunlight their love won't die but they themselves will leaving nothing for us except a little memory but all memories finally come to dust that sunset there on the horizon reminds of days gone sorrowful days among the rest but days of happiness far at best as it pains me to know that those days of sorrow and the days of happiness will one day leave us as all memories one day come to dust steel that used to gleam under rain will rust as gravestones marking tombs will be worn away for alas, those memories we preserve today they can't be held onto and one day will leave us with nothing but shadows of doubtfulness ever so gently leaving us for everything in life must in the end, come to dustThis was "piggy-backed" off of one of another famous writer's works.
