Your Son
By FadedKoko
The clouds have covered up the sun. I think I am pregnant with your son. You could have shown, So you would have known. Instead you sat on your thrown, So you will never know. He is three, Sure has grown big and strong. He keeps asking for his daddy, That never comes around. Now I can explain to your son, Who is now six years old! Why is daddy could never come around. Because your six foot underground. He is nine and next to your grave he planed a vine, so you could see that he is doing fine. He is looking more and more like you with every passing year. Just so you know, He is twelve and is still doing well. Made his first call, when he hit is first ball right into the mall. Fifteen and still on the team. He could be a pro if they beat the crows, On next Thursdays game. He is eighteen and still making me proud. He got rid of the cloud you left behind that covered up the sun, When I found out I was pregnant with your son. This poem started out as a joke. As we keep talkin about it, I started to make a poem out of it. Its not all that good but at least its another poem you can read. Let me know what you think about it.
