Bardic Song.
By FaeSinner
A poet sits upon solitary stone Cloak enshouds billowing mysterious Bardic clasp glitters Catching the last rays of winter's light Harp curved and nestled, padded protective No more words form from ancient lore Silent lips bespeak whispers of a gusting wind Eyes clouded whislt seeing other times Capturing fleeting moments Like shards of shatered glass Distant dreams affect this reality Watching and waiting The hawk flys majestic Wing tips carressing the wind Eyes seeing hidden dreams So too does time enrapture With-in the mind of the poet Sending thoughts to those who love Twining the streams of magic Mind searching for esoteric truths Waiting for that time When the dance is all that there need be An awakening from percieved insanity Gives a coagulant revival Of friends and family and lover's knots And breath renews heart's old A bardic song floats the wind Dancing merrily in it's dream Spreading in it's wake Rites of strength, love and joy Quitely now....
