Dreaming the Dream.
By FaeSinner
I have lostan innocence that I thought never to lose.A heart that I have loved in so many ways.Dreams that I once held dearhave become life threateningand I have become blind.Simple was the plan I had devisedto win the shadow of a truththat I held true. It's now beyond my comprehensionand I can not turn it backfor time is forever forwardyet I am still the samesame love beating out it's song.Voices that were quite, sincere, felt. Now clamor for attention. The pounding of my heartarrests my breath, tears falland angels fly offinto the chaos of my mind.I look into My mirrorand you stare backwhispering words of wisdom andlove. An Eagle and a Hawk glide off into the future.Sometimes ascending, sometimes descending.Dreaming the Dream, as they fly.Of each otherand the world.
