Chapter 3: Chaste Moon
By Gemini2012
In this dear moon it was the evening due, That sent me out, To find sweet you, I walked right past the forest, Across the brigde too, I look around the feilds And I finaly see you, I smile at the moon, And prey it never leaves, I don't want anyone else, To take you away from me, I slowly step up closer, To see your beautiful eyes, But then you suddenly see me, And I freeze right in my steps, A slow smile looks at me, I feel like I could faint, But no this is the night, Of the mounth I see you, So right now, I'll stand here waiting, Just to be near you, The mist slowly come back, Like on during the other moons, And my heart, will slowly disappear, along with the mists and you, Written November 16th, 2001 © on Nov 16 2001 01:09 AM PST, Melinda Hatfield 18 • 0 • 8
