Chapter 5: Dyad Moon
By Gemini2012
Tonight was the Dyad Moon, My sister said I was acting loony, There was no man at every Moon, That I should stay for her tune, I crept out that night to see his face, Hoping to be in his embrace, I ran through the same old path, And walked back up to his side, This time I hope he might just talk, Like he's never done before, But this time his face was serious, And very intense, I looked into his beautiful blue eyes, And started croning lullibies, He looked up into my face, Unhealing here in time and space, I looked up to the moon, Singing as I usely do, He slowly smiled a how do you do, I stoped and looked wildly at him, What did you say, I shouted at him, Don't tell me if I"m wrong, He replied with a soft sweet smile, I couldn't be mad at him, Not even for a while, I just sighed at my moon man, And said with a smile, What is your name? He smiled Kyle, I smiled a wide soft smile, And didn't care if I were a child, I rested my head upon his shoulder, chanting until the next moon my dear.
