Deep within eyes of pain I see distrust and all it brings. Tears fallen to a darkened sea Wash to shore another misery. Aged photos of long ago, Memories from a past Let go. Reaching out demands a price Yet could one exist without a heart? Life without love is a lifeless dream. A night void of star or scene.
