Starting School

Little kids starting out Starting out at school Some are excited Some are sad Sad about leaving mum Guess you have seen the news Some little kids are picked on We all wonder why don't we Guess there isn't a balance Of love and repect there So its not the child who is picked on Who needs the extra care Its the child who is doing the picking It could be have been a little problem When the child was only small But because it hurt so much inside A little anger inside them That might have made the roots From their little tree go wrong Because we are part of nature Because we all need to be nurtured Because its all inside us all We all need to be nurtured Within our little tree If things get sorted When they first start out First start school There there would be a balance That we could aim for As we watch them grow As every little thought Adds to thought to thought And if kids have thoughts Thoughts turn to joy The Good Aussie "GIDA MATE" Would be still strong and clearThinking back on my school days.
