Loves Pain Engulfs

I walk around the world deep in despair. There is the feeling of death hanging in the air. I look through blind eyes at all around me. Fear and hatred is all mine eyes can see. The moon is dead and the stars are dim in the sky of night. All joy and happiness has been hidden from mine sight. I wander around the emptiness as if I am the living dead. Fearful dreams and painful thought reside in mine head. I wanted only her love but fate decided not. The perfection of mine love returned is all that I sought. I pledged mine life that I would keep her protected. I prayed and wish that with this pain I wouldn’t be infected. Now I feel the pain of love that seems truly one sided. I blame mine heart for it was by him that, that to this fate, I was guided. I want to live to see the end so in mine mind I hide. To see what happens, from now tell then, mine time I must bide. I will search mine world for her loves great and bright light. Once I find her hearts fire I can fly to heaven’s height. I will walk all the way searching from here to far. I will search the universe, jumping from star to star. I will search mine life until the end if that is what it takes. I will walk until the day her love for me awakes. I walk around with mine pain dark in mine hand. I walk on through time’s slowly sifting sands.This was writen in the light of true hardship. This poem strikes a soft spot deep within my soul but yet it remains my favorite of all my poems so far.
