Snowman
By h2whoa
I shiver. I lie where I fell. I feel the dirt beneath me. The gritty wood stabs at my bare flesh. My fingers are numb. I taste the warm blood as it leaks into my mouth. Each snowflake that touches me is no longer unique. They are all tainted by my polluting blood. A blizzard is screaming at me. I can not stand. Nor do I wish to. I can hear you. My stomach tightens. Your feet crush the untainted snow around my form. You look at me, your eyes chill the blizzard. I am a white-powder lump. I float.
