Celestial Stepsister
By heinzs
The moon shines, her pockmarked face ever showing one side to her celestial stepsister. Aeons of cycles, full to new, light to dark, and crescents inbetween. Time ticking relentlessly by. What tales could she tell, our ever-present observer? What killed off the dinosaurs, and did she see God create Adam? The moon remains silent, keeping her secrets evermore to herself, and shines. 11-13-2001 Written November 14th, 2001 © on Nov 13 2001 05:58 PM PST, Heinz Scheuenstuhl 0 • 10
