Monday, again
By heinzs
The Sun inevitably rises, filling the day with new surprises. Shaken from our revery deep we struggle off the fog of sleep. Into Monday traffic thrust, once again to work we must. Striving for that glorious day when at last at home we'll stay. What awaits, we cannot guess -- we hope it's not an awful mess. Every week's a new disaster that we must survive and master. Emails 50, what a jam sifting through the dross and spam. When we're done we break for lunch, then get back to number crunch. Soon enough will quitting bell departure's time announce and tell. Back to the fray, homeward commute, once more at peace and resolute. We arrive - the day is done. now it's time to have some fun. No matter how good or bad it gets, the Sun inevitably sets. 11/5/2001 Written November 5th, 2001 © on Nov 05 2001 06:24 AM PST, Heinz Scheuenstuhl 0 • 10
