Anguish for your family, anguish for your friends, you endanger yourself and those around you -- but you're high, and don't give a damn. You've been to treatment and therapy -- spent time in counseling and jail -- for what? The past years of struggle... a waste of time, emotion, money, love? You haven't changed.
