Twin towers of steel and glass, now on the ground, a tumbled mass! Majestic you stood, reaching high... man's attempt to touch the sky. With deep horror we watched you burn. Our eyes were not allowed to turn away, lest we not fully see your fate and final destiny. What fearful evil mind conceived this act... is Justice blind? Retribution cannot be denied the thousands who this day have died. Yet let us honor their surcease by forging forward towards peace.
