Emergence Into Light

By ilenia

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

Out of the misty snow she came, knowing that she had won the game. No longer days of darkness and dirge, into the sunlight she emerged. The old faded flower was gone a new beauteous bloom was born. Death to the dreary days of darkness, living in hedonistic ways. Life to the pristine lucidity of light shining on joyful days. Joy that comes with the saving grace of a loving God. The kind of love that flows without an end and has no beginning for it was, is, and always will be as is the God of all eternity that chose to reconcile His creation to Himself for an oblation cleansing this love that interweaves Him with us never again to leave. A God who exalts humanity beyond their worth when in wisdom they choose new birth, from a Savior whose sacrificial gift was able to close the rift that separated them from God. Oh glorious day, oh wondrous light that permeates the night and gives new meaning to the hours for they are filled with the awesome powers of the Holy Spirit who guards and guides all who choose to reside in the heavenly kingdom that is their new home. The mansion that has many rooms where never is heard the word gloom, for Christ has fashioned this palace where never again will their be malice, but joy in purity and light where happiness abounds. Where love is made right no longer are there abominations for perfection has come to every nation which God has made one in the person of Jesus Christ His Son.
