Mistakes
The feel of your body pressed against mine as our hearts race beating in perfect time. It's almost as if you are right there and yet there is nothing but cold thin air. No arms to embrace me in the cold night no body to snuggle and hold so tight. I'm all alone, in this great bed of ours longing and wanting getting over the scars. Living through the pain of wanting you near and knowing down deep my tears you can't hear. Nor can you see or ease this constant ache caused by another separating mistake. It won't last forever You'll come home someday and until then strong, and faithful I'll stay. Written October 6th, 2001 © on Nov 08 2001 07:12 AM PST, Deborah Wolz 18 • 0 • 1
