Moment

We made a moment in time, shared only by us forever trapped, a memory savored by those that remember words spoken, igniting fires that can only be put out by the meeting of our bodies sharing thoughts unspoken yet known, actions speaking, no need for voice and yet, the need grows as each day passes, without the release, sought from each other, time fighting against us and our quest for companionship, just out of reach, yet hope lingers, for now until we find the time to share, or forget that the need exists, leaving hungry un-fed forever longing for what will never be, the chance not taken, the fire now embers, dying like the yearnings of what could have been, yet will never be more than a fantasy shared, with words...You tell me...Cuz I am not sure... :) Written March 29th, 2002 © on Mar 28 2002 09:06 PM PST, Deborah Wolz   0 • 10
