My Christmas Poem
Twas on this night so long ago, our fate came to be. Jesus was born to die for us from our sins set free. With ribbons and bows and presents galore the trimming of the tree. We celebrate Christmas a day to rejoice by spending lots of money. When it should be spent giving Thanks to God, for what he sacrificed willingly. To give to us a chance to live for all eternity. So as you shop, or wrap, or spend or decorate that tree. Remember that God did it first, when he sent his Son to thee...Maybe not a good poem...But I threw it together at work tonight. :) Written December 21st, 2001 © on Dec 20 2001 04:42 PM PST, Deborah Wolz 18 • 0 • 10
