The day the Twin Towers fell to their rest forever etched in the minds of us all put our Country's liberty to the test for now we have seen , that we too can fall. What once was deemed sacred, has been now lost our land that houses those you turned away your terrorist scheme, many lives did cost in the end, tis you and your's that will pay. You may think you have changed our way of life, yet together we have conquered the fear for onward through the struggles and the strife, United we'll stand, forever rings clear. Our flag will fly, and our differences fade for we share the dreams our Country has made.....Okay...Here goes..I was asked to write a Sonnet (something I have never written), for someone in school, it had to be about an event..My mom picked 9-11...This is what I came up with and sent to her...Let me know if I need to try something else..
