Tempting Fate..SC #15 (Doesn't Count)

By introubleintx

Topics: Poetry Source: AllPoetry Original source

The line now drawn between good and evil, which will you choose when the task is yours? Will you choose the light, and power forever, or will the darkness be what you seek? Will you travel the line, between the two, until you fall, landing where fate has decreed you belong? Will you drink from the chalise, where knowledge abounds, then make your choice? Or will it be done blindly? As all things have been done in your life? Will you look at what has happened? Or will you let the future be the same as a toss of the coin? Just leave it all to chance, and hope that when fate steps in, the hand you are dealt is what you would have chosen, had you made a choice, instead of once again, tempting fate.....Since I was officially voted off, this doesn't count, but I wanted to write my view of it anyway! :) Written April 15th, 2002 © on Apr 14 2002 04:55 PM PST, Deborah Wolz   0 • 1
