It's been a long timesince you knew the scoregotten on with our liveslocked the past behind a door.A door that has needed to be opened againto go back for morea need for a friend.A door that should havenever been closedunless all we'd sharedhad been disposed. But there were questionsleft unanswered it seemsand I wanted to knowwas I just another scheme? You left me emptyas you tossed me asideyou ran to heras I found out you'd lied.I thought you'd feltdrawn toward methen I heard aboutall the others, you see.I fell for your linesand everything elseonly to find outI was a prize for your shelf. And now there's a chanceto put it to restat last see each otherget this wound off my chest. And then I can closethe door once againand maybe somedaybe just your friend.
