I recall once being asked, "How can you write such lovely words?" My answer to this was simple; We all have love and caring in our hearts. Whether a gift or possibly something Learned during our lives; We all have it none the less. Words are simply an extension of ourselves And of what we hold dear to us. Some can communicate words by talking... But then others do it in writing. There are some who do both. Myself.....I am of the latter. I envy a lot who use words More wisely than I could ever do. But on the other hand perhaps Somewhere,someone envies me. I am not wise, I write from my heart... Portraying my feelings at the time. I do not consider myself a great poet... Possibly I am not a poet at all; Just a person who can rhyme a few words. Whatever the case may be....... I enjoy writing these little poems, And take solace in hoping They are enjoyed by a few others. And without the help of "ALL POETRY" This would never be possible. Thank you to everyone involved And to all the contributors of this great site... May peace be with you and your Minds never tire of thinking Of the wonderfull poems and odes I have read on this site.
