A litter of golden retrievers brought in to me, at the vet clinic where I work you see. They needed inoculations and de-wormed, something that this client hadn't learned. The pups all squirmed, they wouldn't hold still, knowing which were done was some ordeal. I decided to dip my finger into some water, so getting them straight would be no bother. When I had finished with number four, my client wasn't talking any more. She had been gabbing right from the start, now was just gazing at their chart.
